Induction Phase
Sit or lie down comfortably. Take a deep breath in, and as you breathe out, close your eyes. Let your body relax with each breath. Imagine a warm light starting at the top of your head, slowly moving down your body. Feel it relax every part of you as it goes, from your head to your shoulders, your arms, your chest, your legs, and finally to your feet.
