Induction

Now, imagine a soft, gentle wave of relaxation beginning at the top of your head.

With every word I speak, this wave travels slowly downward—relaxing your forehead… your eyes… your cheeks… your jaw.

Feel it flowing down your neck and across your shoulders. Down through your arms and hands, right to the very tips of your fingers.

As this wave of relaxation continues to move through your body, feel it melting away any stress or tension—through your chest and stomach, your hips, your legs, and your toes.

You are completely safe. You are calm.
And you are held in a deep sense of peace.


Deepening

With each breath, allow yourself to drift deeper into this relaxed state.

Now, imagine you are walking down a beautiful staircase. Each step takes you deeper into the comforting space of your subconscious mind.

10… going deeper
9… more peaceful
8… more relaxed
7… stepping further inward
6… feeling safe and serene
5… halfway there
4… calm and centred
3… fully open
2… deeply relaxed
1… you are now at the base of the staircase.

Before you stands a door. This is the entrance to your inner sanctuary—a peaceful, powerful space within your mind.

As you gently open the door, step into this sacred space and feel a deep connection to your inner wisdom and strength.


Transformational Work

In this inner sanctuary, you hold the power to change, to release, and to grow.

Bring to mind a behaviour, pattern, or habit you wish to transform. Visualise it clearly. Understand that it no longer serves you—it was learned, and it can be unlearned.

Now imagine a radiant light in the centre of the room. It glows with warmth and energy. This light represents your subconscious mind—your neuroplasticity—your brain’s natural ability to rewire and grow.

As you focus on this light, feel it activating the creation of new, healthy patterns in your mind.

Visualise yourself responding differently to old triggers…
Imagine yourself choosing new behaviours with ease and confidence…
Feel a deep sense of peace, balance, and emotional strength washing over you.

With every breath, these new patterns become stronger—anchored deeply within you.


Strengthening the Mind-Body Connection

Now, allow this healing light to expand and flow throughout your body.

Feel it moving through your chest, your limbs, your organs, your cells—restoring harmony between your mind and body.

Every system within you—your heart, your lungs, your digestion, your immunity—is now aligned with your positive changes.
Your body is working in harmony with your mind.

You are whole.
You are connected.
You are strong.


Reaffirmation and Closure

Take a moment now to thank your subconscious mind for its incredible support and power.

Know that you can return to this space at any time—for healing, for transformation, or simply for rest.

Begin now to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers… wiggle your toes…
Feel the surface beneath you… and the air around you.

When you're ready, I will count from 1 to 5.
At the count of 5, you will return to full waking awareness—refreshed, empowered, and ready to embody the changes you've created.

1… Slowly coming back…
2… Feeling your energy returning…
