1 — Completely calm, open, and ready.
✨ Step 3: Visualizing Your Confident Self
Imagine now that you are standing in front of a large mirror.
But this mirror shows not just your reflection — it shows the best, most confident version of you.
Look closely:
✅ Your posture is strong and relaxed.
✅ Your face is bright, calm, and happy.
✅ You are smiling, and your eyes are full of kindness and self-belief.
See yourself walking into a room, talking to people easily, laughing, and being yourself.
Notice how good it feels to be comfortable and free.
💛 Step 4: Step Into Confidence
Now imagine stepping into that version of you.
Feel what it’s like to be confident — calm inside, strong, and ready for anything.
In your heart, repeat these affirmations:
✅ I am enough exactly as I am.
✅ I am calm, confident, and proud of who I am.
✅ I believe in myself.
✅ I can speak up and be heard.
✅ I have the power to be kind to myself and others.
Let these words settle deep in your mind and heart.
🌈 Step 5: Future Success Visualisation
Now, picture yourself in the future:
✅ Walking into school, feeling good about yourself.
✅ Smiling and talking with friends easily.
✅ Speaking clearly and calmly in front of others.
✅ Handling challenges with a steady heart and a clear mind.
You are doing all these things with ease, because this confidence is part of you now.
🌿 Step 6: Return with Calm Strength
In a moment, I’ll count from 1 to 5.
At 5, you will open your eyes, feeling calm, refreshed, and full of quiet strength.
1 — slowly coming back.
2 — feeling light and positive.
3 — bringing that confidence with you.
4 — moving your fingers and toes.
5 — eyes open, feeling great, ready to be your best self.
