 Hypnosis Script for Laxative Addiction

Warning:

Hypnosis is a powerful tool and should be used responsibly. This script is intended for self-help or use by a trained professional. Do not listen to this script while driving or operating heavy machinery. Ensure you are in a safe, comfortable environment where you will not be disturbed. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, consult with a healthcare professional before using hypnosis.

Introduction:

Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can relax and won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down, and allow your body to become comfortable. Close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this a few times, each time letting your body relax a little more.

Induction:

Now, as you continue to breathe deeply and comfortably, imagine a wave of relaxation starting at the top of your head, slowly moving down. Feel it flow over your forehead, relaxing the muscles there. Let it move down to your eyes, your cheeks, and your jaw, releasing any tension. Let this wave of relaxation continue down your neck, your shoulders, and your arms, all the way to the tips of your fingers.

Feel this wave moving down your chest, your back, and your abdomen, relaxing each muscle it touches. It moves down your hips, your thighs, your knees, your calves, and finally into your feet and toes. With each breath you take, you feel more and more relaxed, more and more at ease.

Deepening:

Imagine now that you are standing at the top of a beautiful staircase. There are ten steps leading down to a place of deep relaxation and comfort. With each step you take, you will feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, more and more at peace.

Take the first step down, and feel your relaxation deepen. Take the second step, and feel yourself going deeper. Take the third step, and feel a wave of calm wash over you. With each step you take, you feel more and more relaxed, more and more at ease. Continue down the stairs until you reach the tenth step, and find yourself in a place of deep relaxation and peace.

Suggestion:

Now, in this deeply relaxed state, imagine a beautiful, serene place. This is your special place of relaxation and peace. As you sit or lie here, you become aware of a desire to let go of your laxative addiction. You realize that laxatives no longer serve you, and you are ready to release this dependency from your life.

Imagine now that you are holding a box or bottle of laxatives. Notice its color, its weight in your hand. Now, as you look at it, see it for what it truly is—a habit that you no longer need or want. It no longer has any power over you.

See yourself placing the laxatives on the ground. Watch as they dissolve, absorbed and transformed by the earth. Feel the weight lifting from your shoulders, the sense of freedom and relief as you let it go.

Repeat silently to yourself: "I am free from laxative addiction. I choose health and vitality. I am in control of my body."

Visualization:

Imagine now, living your life free from laxative dependency. See yourself waking up feeling refreshed and full of energy, trusting your body’s natural processes. Picture yourself going through your day with clear focus, natural energy, and a calm mind. Notice how good it feels to be in control of your life and your health.

Affirmations:

Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself, allowing them to sink deep into your subconscious mind:

  • I am free from laxative addiction.
  • I trust my body’s natural processes.
  • I choose to nourish my body with healthy choices.
  • I have abundant, natural energy.
  • I am in control of my habits.
  • I feel calm, clear, and focused.

Re-orientation:

Now, it's time to return to full awareness, bringing with you the sense of freedom and empowerment you've gained. Imagine yourself walking back up the staircase, feeling more awake and energized with each step. When you reach the top, you will feel fully awake, refreshed, and alert, bringing with you a sense of control and freedom from laxative addiction.

Begin now, taking the first step up, feeling more awake. Take the second step, feeling energy returning to your body. With each step, you become more and more alert. Take the third step, the fourth, the fifth, feeling fully awake and energized. Take the sixth step, the seventh, the eighth, almost there. Take the ninth step, and finally, the tenth step.

Closing :

When you are ready, open your eyes, feeling refreshed, alert, and in control. Remember, you have the power to choose your habits, and you have chosen health, vitality, and freedom from laxative addiction.

Take a moment to stretch and reorient yourself to your surroundings. You are now fully awake and ready to enjoy your day, free from the need for laxatives.
