Deepening Phase
With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed. I will count from 10 to 1. With each number, you will go deeper into relaxation. 10... feeling calm... 9... deeper relaxation... 8... more at ease... 7... deeper still... 6... feeling good... 5... halfway there... 4... deeper... 3... more relaxed... 2... almost there... 1... deeply relaxed and peaceful.

As I do, you will slowly wake up, feeling refreshed and positive. 1... starting to wake up... 2... becoming more aware... 3... bringing back the feelings of strength... 4... almost awake... 5... eyes open, fully awake, feeling wonderful and ready to live your balanced life.
Closing
Take a moment to enjoy how good you feel. You are relaxed, confident, and strong. You carry this strength with you every day. Whenever you need to, you can come back to this calm and relaxed state, reinforcing your commitment to a balanced life.
