Take the first step down, and feel your relaxation deepen. Take the second step, and feel yourself going deeper. Take the third step, and feel a wave of calm wash over you. With each step you take, you feel more and more relaxed, more and more at ease. Continue down the stairs until you reach the tenth step, and find yourself in a place of deep relaxation and peace.

Suggestion:

Now, in this deeply relaxed state, imagine a beautiful, serene place. This is your special place of relaxation and peace. As you sit or lie here, you become aware of a desire to create and reinforce a circle of confidence.

Visualization:

Imagine now that you are standing in a large, open space. In front of you, see a circle drawn on the ground, glowing with a warm, inviting light. This is your Circle of Confidence. Step closer to the circle and notice how its light seems to pulse gently, radiating warmth and strength.

Take a deep breath and step into the circle. As you do, feel the light and warmth envelop you, filling you with a profound sense of confidence and self-assurance. Within this circle, you are protected and empowered. You feel capable of handling any situation with grace and confidence.
