Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Take a deep breath in, and as you breathe out, close your eyes. Feel your body start to relax. Imagine a warm light starting at the top of your head. Let this light slowly move down your body, relaxing each part as it goes. Feel it move from your head, down to your shoulders, your arms, your chest, your legs, and finally to your feet.

Deepening Phase

With each breath you take, feel yourself becoming more relaxed. I will count from 10 to 1. With each number, you will go deeper into relaxation. 10... feeling calm... 9... going deeper... 8... more relaxed... 7... deeper still... 6... feeling good... 5... halfway there... 4... deeper... 3... more relaxed... 2... almost there... 1... deeply relaxed and peaceful.

Suggestion Phase

Imagine you are at a fork in the road. One path leads to a life with tobacco, full of problems and health issues. The other path is bright and clear, leading to a healthy, happy life without tobacco. See yourself choosing the bright path. With each step you take, feel stronger and more in control. Say to yourself, 'I am free from tobacco. I choose health. I choose life.

You are strong. You are capable. Every day, you are getting better. You have the power to stay away from tobacco. You deserve to be healthy and happy. Remember, every positive choice you make makes you stronger and more committed to a tobacco-free life.

Reorientation Phase

In a moment, I will count from 1 to 5.
